Lily is an experienced movement and Pilates teacher,  who has taught for leading companies including Rambert, The Royal Ballet, and Pure Sports Medicine. She qualified as a Pilates teacher with internationally renowned Body Control Pilates and now teaches for Body Control, as well as group and private sessions across London. 

What is Pilates?

Pilates  is an exercise system which aims to improve strength, flexibility and alignment in a balanced way. It targets the deep postural muscles of the body to build strength from the inside out, developing core stability and joint mobility. Exercises aim to connect mind and body, creating a greater sense of bodily awareness and focus. Pilates has many benefits which can aid anyone from a complete beginner through to professional athletes and performers.

These small group classes are designed to help you manage the physical and physiological changes experienced in pregnancy and beyond.
