Pilates is a safe way to exercise through your pregnancy and helps to support changes in posture that can lead to back and pelvic pain. These classes also include movements and breathing techniques to help you through labour.

Studio Equipment Session, Tuesdays 8am - 12pm

Studio sessions are a great way to develop and challenge your technique. Based in a fully equipped Pilates studio,  two teachers are on hand to guide you through exercises tailored to your individual needs and experience. Sessions incorporate both mat and equipment based Pilates exercises, encouraging independence and flow. 1 hour booking available between 8am - 12pm.

Suitable for new mums looking to regain abdominal strength, build postural awareness and lengthen the body. Babies welcome!
