This class is designed to help you safely get back in to exercise after having a baby. It will focus on realigning the body, restoring your core and improving Diastasis Recti. Learn more about how pregnancy and birth has changed your body and how you can strengthen it safely for the demands of postnatal life. Babies welcome.

Pilates is a safe way to exercise through your pregnancy and helps to support changes in posture that can lead to back and pelvic pain. These classes also include movements and breathing techniques to help you through labour.

Beginner/Improver Pilates Course, Wednesday 8-9pm

This class will guide you through the fundamentals of Pilates technique, helping you to move well, understand your core and build strength. Suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience looking to deepen their understanding of Pilates.
