Pilates is the ideal way to stay fit while your pregnant and aid postpartum recovery. It's a safe way to exercise and can support changes in posture, helping to alleviate back pain and pelvic girdle problems.

As a mother herself, Lily understands how pregnancy can change the body. She is a member of the Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Instructors and qualified in Designing Exercise Programmes for Pre and Postnantal Clients. She currently teaches a prenatal group class in Walthamstow, as well as offering private Pilates and fitness sessions across London. Private classes give you individualised attention and include a exercise plan to support you through your pregnancy and with postnatal recovery.
